Kindly read through the following terms and conditons before making your purchase.
By purchasing at The White Alley would mean that you have acknowledged the following terms and conditions,
have understood them and have agreed to abide and adhere to them.


  • All the products displayed at The White Alley are brand new pieces. The prices displayed at our website are quoted in Singapore Dollars and are vaild and apply throughout all countries.

  • The White Alley makes every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colours of our products. Colours of products may differ due to resolution of your monitor screen. Therefore, we cannot gurantee that your monitor's display of any colours will be exactly the same as the colours of our products.

  • A difference of 0.5-0.8'' between the item(s) received from the measurements provided will not be considered as a defect.

  • The White Alley will not be liable for your purchase of our products from a third party.


  • Exchanges and returns are done a case to case basis.

  • All exchanges and returns have to be done within 14 wokring days after the date of delivery.

  • Exchange can only be done in the event if the item mailed to you is defect or incorrect. Strictly no exchange due to unsuitability.

  • We will require a snapshot of defect part before confirming any exchanges.

  • Customer has the duty to be responsible in making sure items mailed back are packed properly sealed.

  • We will not be responsible for lost mail in connection to such returns or exchanges.

  • We will repair or exchange for the same item that is still available instock and will only do refund/credit if that item is out of stock.

  • All return items must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn with tag intact should it come with it. Items which do not fulfill these criteria will be rejected duly.


  • Kindly send in your order and wait for our invoice before proceeding with the payment.

  • You may only proceed with the payment without an invoice if item is available via backorder and payment details is provided at backorder page.

  • We accept the following payment method:

  • Payment and details must be provided to us within the 24 hours timeframe. Simply reply our email with the required format after you have completed with the payment.

  • For customers using internet banking, we will require your iBank nick and transaction reference number to complete verification.

  • For customers using ATM transfer, it is a-must to attach a snapshot of the ATM receipt to complete verification.We are unable to verify your payment without the snapshot of the receipt. Time and location of the ATM transfer will not be able to assist us with the verificatio of payment. In the event if ATM machine is unable to generate a receipt, kindly add $0.01/0.02/0.03 to make the amount transfer unique.

  • All payment will be verified within 24 hours timeframe.

  • Parcel delivery date will be advised in payment verification email.

  • We offer the following delivery option:

If you do not receive normal postage within 14 days, it might be a lost mail. Singpost will not be able to track as it is sent via normal mail. However, you can lodge a lost parcel at Singpost at

Tracking article will be provided to customer within 24-48 hours after we have dispactehd the parcel.

Postman will issue delivery advice either at doorstep or letterbox.

Collect personally with ID at Singapore Post stated in delivery advice.

* Meet-ups are only offered during festive seasons which will be announced on our site. Request for meet-ups outside of these time-frames will be duly declined.


  • All International shipping is handled by Singapore post ( and comes with tracking article.

    Australia and Asia countries

    $20 flat rate and additional $2 for each additional item(s).

    United States, Europe countries and rest of the world

    $30 flat rate and additional $2 for each additional item(s).
